
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
After receiving a B.S. in Accounting from Grove City College in Pennsylvania, Mr. Creaturo held various audit roles with the Pittsburgh office of Arthur Andersen LLP. From there, Mr. Creaturo joined publicly traded II-VI Incorporated (Nasdaq: IIVI), a high-tech manufacturing company, as Corporate Controller. Mr. Creaturo served as an executive officer of II-VI beginning in 2000 when he was appointed to the senior most finance position. From 2004 to 2014, Mr. Creaturo was CFO and Treasurer where he played a key role in the company’s growth to over $750 million in revenue and over $1.5 billion in market capitalization.
Most recently, Mr. Creaturo served as CFO and VP of Administration with Chromalox, Inc., a manufacturer of thermal technologies and a private equity company that was purchased in 2017 by UK-based publicly traded Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (LSE: SPX).
