Hongjun Ning is Executive Vice President of UNIFI® and President of Unifi Textiles (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. (“UTSC”) (UNIFI’s subsidiary in China), roles he has held since 2020. Ning also serves as President of Unifi Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) Company, Limited (UNIFI’s subsidiary in Hong Kong).

Ning leads the Unifi Asia Pacific business unit with multiple organizations in Asia Pacific and EMEA. He is responsible for driving business growth in the region through innovation, sales & marketing, supply chain management, and building global partnerships in the value chain.

Ning has been integral to driving the organization’s growth in Asia, orchestrating expansion through globally integrated and locally impactful strategies. He joined UNIFI in 2006 as General Manager, Sales & Marketing of Yihua Unifi Fiber Industry, a former UNIFI joint venture in China. He served as Director of Sales & Marketing of UTSC from 2008 to 2013, Vice President of UTSC from 2013 to 2017, and President since 2017.

With over 18 years of working in the textile industry and global footprints, Ning is a strong leader in global expansions, start-ups, and growth strategies with a global vision.
