Brad Nations serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at UNIFI^®, a role he has held since 2020. He drives operational excellence across Unifi’s domestic product lines with oversight of all plant operations, technical service, environmental, process improvement and purchasing functions.

Since Brad began his career with UNIFI in 1989, he has served in various manufacturing roles with functions including quality control, process orchestration, production performance, and resource coordination. Prior to his current role, Brad served as the Operations Manager for the Nylon and Dyed businesses from 2003 until 2020, where he was responsible for operations of UNIFI’s nylon plant and one of the largest dye houses in the USA.

Brad has supported the local community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Barry Joyce Cancer Resource Center from 2013 through 2019, during which time he held various positions including Board Member, Vice President, and President.

Brad received his bachelor’s degree in business from Appalachian State University.
