Interim General Counsel

Wesley Suttle serves as the Interim General Counsel of UNIFI^®, a role she has held since 2025. She is responsible for all corporate governance, legal compliance, and legal activities for the company. She joined UNIFI as an attorney in 2024.

Prior to joining UNIFI, Wesley worked in private practice for two global law firms and as in-house counsel, including as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. Wesley’s expertise covers corporate governance, securities regulation, strategic planning, corporate transactions, public company compliance, and enterprise risk management.

Wesley received her Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
