Ms. Jester serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Unifi. Ms. Jester joined Unifi in 1999 and has held progressive specialized and leadership roles in human resources. Prior to joining Unifi, Ms. Jester held human resources and management positions in the North Carolina Piedmont Triad area for companies in the manufacturing, financial services, and staffing industries.

Ms. Jester received Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
