Jeff Vining serves as the Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at UNIFI^®, a role he has held since 2024. He is responsible for all corporate governance, compliance, and legal activities.

Prior to joining UNIFI, Jeff worked for Lowe’s Companies, Inc., for 15 years, most recently holding the role of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Assistant Secretary. Prior to Lowe’s, he worked in private practice. Jeff’s expertise spans global compliance, corporate sustainability, supply chain, technology transactions, enterprise risk management, and general litigation.

Jeff received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in Richmond, VA.
