  • Mr. Jasper has been Chairman of the Board since February 2011 and has served as Unifi's CEO and member of Unifi's Board of Directors and the Company's Executive Committee since September 2007. Prior to his role as Chairman of the Board, he served as President and CEO, Vice President of Sales and General Manager of Unifi's polyester division. He joined the company with the purchase of Kinston polyester POY assets from INVISTA in September 2004. Prior to joining Unifi, Mr. Jasper was the Director of INVISTA's DACRON® polyester filament business. Before working at INVISTA, he held various management positions in operations, technology, sales and business for DuPont since 1980.

  • Since February 2011, Mr. Berrier has served as President and COO and has been a member of Unifi's Board of Directors and the Company's Executive Committee since September 2007. Prior to this position, he was Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Asian Operations and Vice President of Commercial Operations; responsible for Corporate Product Development, Marketing and Brand Sales. Mr. Berrier joined the company in 1991 and has held various management positions within international operations, machinery technology, research and development and quality control.

  • Mr. Smith has held the position of Vice President and CFO for Unifi since October 2007. He was appointed Vice President of Finance and Treasurer in September 2007. Mr. Smith joined Unifi in November of 1994 and has held positions as Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, Director of Business Development and Corporate Strategy and most recently Treasurer with additional responsibilities in Investor Relations.

  • Mr. Caudle has been the Vice President of Manufacturing since October 2006. He served as Vice President of Global Operations from April 2003 until this appointment. Prior to April 2003, Mr. Caudle had been Senior Vice President in charge of manufacturing for Unifi since July 2000 and Vice President of Manufacturing Services since January 1999. Caudle has been an employee of the Company since 1982.
